April 2013 Events at the Sekhmet Temple

Great things planned for April!  Please mark your calendars:

 

Wednesday  April 10th – Women’s New Moon
Women-Only Event
Potluck in the Guest House at 7 pm, followed by workshop.

 

Sunday April 21st – Earth Day Celebration
Everyone welcome!
  • Free Market from 11 am to 5 pm:  Please bring items you would like to pass on to others, place them on a blanket and walk away or “shop” what others have donated.   All items left at end of day will be taken to a  thrift store that supports a local  women’s shelter.
  • Temple Ritual at Noon:  We honor the Earth and all She provides to us
  • Potluck/Annual Weeny Roast  at 1 pm: Please bring a dish to share.  Hot dogs (both meat and meat free) as well as Earth Day cake provided by Temple.
  • Kids Crafts from 2 to 5 pm
Thursday April 25th – April Full Moon
Everyone welcome!
Potluck in the Guest House (or possibly fireside weather permitting) at 7pm, followed by ritual in the Temple at 8pm.
